摘要
梳理了常用巷道掘进后配套装备种类,包括破碎锚护转载类设备、转载运输类设备、可伸缩带式输送机机尾和掘进临时支护类设备。整理了以掘锚机为龙头时3种常用掘进工艺及配套装备、以掘进机为龙头时3种常用掘进工艺及配套装备、以连采机为龙头时的掘进工艺及配套装备,同时给出了每种配套形式的适用条件、设备分工及工艺特点。
The common types of rear supporting equipment for roadway tunneling were sorted out,which include crushing anchor reloading equipment,reloading and transportation equipment,telescopic belt conveyor tail and temporary support equipment for tunneling.Three kinds of common tunneling technology and supporting equipment were sorted out when the bolter miner is used as the leader.Three kinds of common tunneling technology and supporting equipment were sorted out when the roadheader is used as the leader.The technology and supporting equipment was sorted out when the continuous miner is used as the leader.The applicable conditions,equipment division and process characteristics of each supporting form were given furthermore.
