摘要
随着机械化开采技术的不断发展,采掘失衡问题已成为影响煤矿高效生产的重要原因。以红庆梁矿12308胶带顺槽为工程背景,通过理论分析、数值模拟等方法优化掘进支护工艺,采用层次分析法对比分析了快速掘进的影响因素,并得出支护工艺为优化的重点;利用FLAC3D模拟软件,对循环进尺、截割顺序进行模拟,得出最优进尺为4m,最优顺序为先掘进小断面效果最好。经现场对巷道支护顺序进行调整后,整体支护效率提升约44%。
With the continuous development of mechanized mining technology,the imbalance between mining and excavation has become an important factor affecting the efficient production of coal mines.Taking the 12308 head entry of Hongqingliang Mine as the engineering background,the excavation support technology was optimized through theoretical analysis,numerical simulation,and other methods.The influencing factors of rapid excavation were compared and analyzed using the analytic hierarchy process,and the support technology was identified as the focus of optimization;Using FLAC3D simulation software,simulate the cyclic footage and cutting sequence,and obtain the optimal footage of 4 m.The optimal sequence is to excavate the small section first,which has the best effect.After adjusting the order of roadway support on site,the overall support efficiency has increased by about 44%.
