摘要
对江苏10余所高职院校外语教师企业实践现状的调查显示,高职院校外语教师已充分认识到加强企业实践工作的必要性、重要性和有益性。分析高职院校外语教师企业实践活动的开展现状、面临的困惑及存在的问题,并提出相应的解决策略。在推进教师赴企业实践工作中,政府层面应继续完善教师赴企业实践制度并加大支持力度;学校层面应加强教师实践的过程指导与监管并将其纳入学校考评体系;同时还应多方联动积极构建多模态教师企业实践基地。
A survey of the current situation of foreign language teachers doing practice in enterprises in more than 10 higher vocational colleges in Jiangsu Province shows that foreign language teachers in higher vocational colleges have fully realized the necessity, importance and usefulness of strengthening enterprise practice. This paper aims to analyze the current situation, confusion and problems of college foreign language teachers’ doing practice in enterprises, and puts forward corresponding solutions. In promoting the teachers’ practice in enterprises, the government should continue to improve the practice system and increase support. At the school level, the process guidance and supervision of teachers’ practice should be strengthened and integrated into the school evaluation system. Meanwhile, we should actively build a multi-modal teacher enterprise practice base.
