摘要
发展学生党员不仅是高校党建的一项经常性工作,而且是高校人才培养体系的重要组成部分,对普通学生培养具有引领示范作用。针对发展学生党员工作实践中存在的重发展轻培养、思想入党根基不牢等问题,采用问卷调查、个别访谈、文献研究的方法,分析了新时代高校发展学生党员的形势任务、工作特点,提出高校发展学生党员实施个性化培养教育理念,着力建设一支高素质培养教育者队伍,建立健全培养教育者的考核激励和待遇保障机制等建议。研究结果兼具理论价值和现实意义。
Developing student Party members is not only an important regular work of the party construction,but also an important part of the talent training system in colleges and universities,which plays a leading and exemplary role in the training of ordinary students.In view of the problems existing in the practice of developing student Party members,such as attaching more importance to development than to cultivation and the weak foundation of ideological membership of joining the Party,analysis is conducted on the situation,tasks and working characteristics of developing student Party members in colleges and universities in the new era by using the methods of questionnaire survey,individual interview and literature research.Some suggestions are put forward on how to carry out individualized training and educational concept into student Party members cultivation,how to construct a team of high-quality educators,and how to establish and improve the examining and awarding plus the reliable treatment system for training educators.The research results have both theoretical value and practical significance.
