摘要
围绕新时代发展大学生党员坚持把政治标准放在首位问题,从为什么和怎么做两个方面进行探讨,提出高校基层党组织落实政治标准放在首位这一要求时,必须全面看待和正确处理好口头表态和实际行动、平时表现和关键时刻、组织把关和群众评议、政治标准和综合素质、学习成绩等关系,并提出在大学生入党过程中应坚持把思想教育作为重点,把实践锻炼作为关键,把严格程序作为保障。
Focusing on the problem of putting the political criteria to the first place in recruiting Party Members among college students in a new era and analyzing two aspects-why and how to do,the article argues that when the Party organizations in universities put the political criteria in the first place,it is necessary to comprehensively treat and appropriately handle the relationships between statements and actions,usual behaviors and the performance of the critical moment,organizational checks and mass comments,political standards and integrated diathesis or academic achievements.Also,during the whole Party Member recruitment procedure,the ideological education should be taken as main work,the practical exercise as a key point,and strict procedures as a support in a persistent way.
