摘要
目的探讨疏肝解郁法治疗双相情感障碍抑郁发作的临床疗效。方法将60例双向情感障碍抑郁发作患者随机分为对照组与观察组,每组30例。对照组给予心境稳定剂碳酸锂治疗,观察组给予疏肝解郁法代表方丹栀逍遥散联合针刺治疗。观察比较两组治疗前及治疗后1、2、4、6周后的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分变化,采用尼莫地平评分法建立的疗效指数,评估两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组患者HAMD评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,从第2周末开始,观察组HAMD评分较对照组明显降低(P<0.05),观察组HAMD评分改善明显优于对照组;治疗后2、4、6周末两组临床疗效差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组治疗效果好于对照组;观察组不良反应低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论疏肝解郁法治疗双向情感障碍抑郁发作,可明显改善患者的抑郁症状,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of liver-soothing and depression-relieving therapy in the treatment of bipolar disorder depressive episode.Method 60 patients with bipolar depression were randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with mood stabilizer lithium carbonate,and the observation group was treated with Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder combined with acupuncture.To observe and compare the changes of Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)scores before and after treatment for 1,2,4 and 6 weeks.The efficacy index established by nimodipine score was used to evaluate the clinical efficacy of patients in the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in HAMD scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,starting from the second weekend,HAMD score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the improvement of HAMD score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group.After treatment,there were statistically significant differences in clinical efficacy between the two groups on the weekend of 2,4 and 6(P<0.05),and the treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group.The adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of bipolar disorder depressive episode by soothing the liver and relieving depression can significantly improve the patients’depressive symptoms and is worthy of clinical promotion.
