摘要
随着信息技术的发展,乡村治理数字化逐步成为未来乡村社会的发展趋势。它可以突破时间、空间局限,解决人口老龄化、村庄空心化背景下的乡村治理难题,为转型中的农村社会失范、传统治理方式失灵提供有效破解方式。本文阐述了推进乡村治理数字化的重要意义,全面梳理了各地经验做法并进行了模式归纳,深入分析了推进乡村治理数字化面临的问题和挑战,提出了数字化赋能乡村治理的推进思路和对策建议。
With the development of information technology,the digitization of rural governance has gradually become the development trend of rural society in the future.It can break through the limitations of time and space,solve the problem of rural governance under the background of rural population aging and village hollowing,and provide an effective way to crack the negative social phenomena of rural society in transition and improve traditional governance methods.The author expounds the importance of promoting the digitalization of rural governance,comprehensively sorts out and summarizes the experiences and practice patterns of various localities,deeply analyzes the problems and challenges faced by promoting the digitalization of rural governance,and puts forward the improvement ways and policy suggestions for digital empowerment of rural governance.
