摘要
乡村治理数字化是未来乡村治理现代化的必然趋势。数字化赋能乡村治理是数字乡村建设的政策实践、是解决乡村治理难题的现实需要、是数字化技术可行性的有力证明。当前,陕西省三大片区在数字化赋能乡村治理方面作出了有益探索,形成了陕北、关中和陕南特色鲜明的数字化治理模式,取得了众多治理成效,但同时也面临着乡村治理数字化基础设施不够健全、治理应用场景狭窄和数字技术负担凸显等现实难题,这些问题在一定程度上制约着乡村治理效能提升,因此必须要结合地区实际,破解这些发展难题,以数字化技术驱动新时代的乡村治理。
Digitalization of rural governance is an inevitable trend of future rural governance modernization.Digital empowering rural governance is the policy practice of digital rural construction,the actual needs of solving the problem of rural governance,and a powerful proof of the feasibility of digital technology.At present,the three major areas of Shaanxi Province have made useful explorations in digital empowering rural governance,and formed a distinctive digital governance model in northern Shaanxi,Guanzhong and southern Shaanxi,and achieved many governance results,but also faced some practical problems,such as imperfect digital infrastructure of rural governance,narrow application scenarios of governance and prominent burden of digital technology.These problems restrict the improvement of the effectiveness of rural governance to a certain extent.Therefore,it is necessary to combine the actual situation of the region to solve these development problems and drive village governance of the new era with digital technology.
