摘要
数字乡村建设推进乡村共同富裕耦合于乡村富裕共同体发展的逻辑结构。这一以共同富裕为价值引领的数字乡村建设为数字乡村富裕共同体的发展提供了新引擎。就其可能性而言,从数字化赋能农民就地就近增收、大数据防止规模性返贫的“富裕增量”,以及数字化精准对接财富分配、数字化复归乡村情感的“红利共享”的“两手”出发,数字乡村建设推进共同富裕的可能性空间将会持续扩容;随着数字乡村富裕共同体建设的推进,在数字化生产赋能农业增收、数字化转型生态乡村产业做大乡村富裕“蛋糕”的同时,以数字化缓解乡村相对贫困、数字化消弭城乡差距为抓手的乡村红利共享则是分好“蛋糕”的可选工具集。
The digital rural construction promotes the common prosperity of rural areas in the logical structure of the development of rural rich communities.This kind of digital rural construction led by the value of common prosperity provides a new engine for the development of digital rural common prosperity community.In terms of its possibilities,starting from the‘enrichment increment"of digital enabling farmers to increase their local income,big data preventing large-scale return to poverty,and the"two hands"of"dividend sharing"of digital precision guidance of wealth distribution and digital restoration of rural emotions,the possibility space of digital rural construction to promote common prosperity will continue to expand.With the advancement of the construction of digital rural common prosperity community,while digital production enables agricultural income increase and digital transformation of ecological rural industry to make the rural common prosperity""cake"bigger,rural dividend sharing with digital alleviation of rural relative poverty and digital elimination of urban-rural gap is an optional tool set for dividing the""cake".
