摘要
公共法律服务是我国法治建设的重要内容,法律服务平台的建设又是开展公共法律服务的重要抓手。人工智能已经成为新一轮科技革命的核心驱动力,跨界融合的趋势越来越明显。因此对公共法律服务平台进行智能化建设是公共服务发展的必由之路。我国当前的法律服务平台功能定位存在偏差、智能化水平低、服务资源匮乏,亟待改进。我们只有以群众的需求为导向,强化功能定位,充分融合新技术,打造智能化法律服务智能化载体,才能科学构建我国智能化的法律服务平台。
Public Legal Service is an important part of the construction of the rule of law in China,and the construction of legal service platform is an important hand in the development of public legal service.Artificial intelligence has become the core driving force of the new round of scientific and technological revolution,and the trend of cross-border integration is becoming more and more obvious.Therefore,the intelligent construction of public legal service platform is the only way for the development of public services.The function orientation of the current legal service platform in China is biased,the level of intelligence is low,and the service resources are deficient,which needs to be improved.Only by taking the needs of the masses as the guide,strengthening the function orientation,fully integrating the new technology and building the intelligent carrier of the intelligent legal service,can we scientifically construct the intelligent legal service platform of our country.
