摘要
本文研究了铝电解槽炉帮优化控制技术,提出了炉帮厚度数学模型和优化控制规则,在500 kA铝电解槽上进行工业化试验,使炉帮厚度和伸腿长度以及主要技术经济指标得到相应改善。
In this paper, the optimization control technology of the aluminum reduction cell furnace side is studied, the mathematical model of the side thickness and the optimization control rules are proposed, and the industrial test is carried out in the 500 kA aluminum reduction cell, therefore the thickness of furnace side, the ledge length and the main techno-economic indicators are improved accordingly.
