摘要
本文从电解铝烟气净化系统带来的热耗散展开节电分析,提出减少铝电解槽单槽排烟量是今后烟气净化系统节电的重点挖掘方向。降低电解槽排烟量通过三种节能型排烟技术来实现,通过减少电解槽烟气热耗散和减小净化系统负荷达到节电目的,并通过工程案例估算分析净化系统的节电潜力。
In this paper, the power saving analysis is carried out from the perspective of heat dissipation brought by the aluminum fume scrubbing system. It is proposed that reducing the amount of exhaust fume from aluminum reduction cells is the key direction for the power saving of aluminum fume scrubbing system in the future, and three energy-saving fume exhaust technologies are proposed to reduce the amount of exhaust fume from aluminum reduction cells, so the purpose of power saving is realized by reducing both the heat dissipation of aluminum fume and the load of scrubbing system, while the power-saving potential of the scrubbing system is estimated and analyzed through the project case.
