摘要
神火铝业200kA系列电解槽原设计电流强度200kA,槽电压4.25V,散热方式也是采用底部保温、侧部散热,近两年来为节能降耗,强化电流,槽电压逐步降低,现电解槽工作电压已降低到3.94V,能量收入减少,电解槽现角部长。为解决此问题,设计一套引流片,并联在角部长的对应阴极软母线上,增加该处的导电量,同时该处加强保温,控制电解质在该处阴极上析出,达到消除角部长的目的,该装置已申请了专利保护。
Technological parameters such as 4.25V pot voltage and 200kA current intensity have been designed for high amperage pre-baked aluminium reduction pot with heat insulating on the pot bottom and heat dissipation on the pot side in Henan Shenhuo Aluminium Co.,Ltd.,In recent years,the pot voltage had been gradually reduced to 3.94V so as to achieve an optimal result of energy saving and consumption reduction and the current had been increased.But the ridge had arisen because the absorbed energy of pot had been decreased.A set of shunt sheets have been designed,which is connected to corresponding cathode in parallel in order to increase current.Meanwhile,several measures such as strengthening the heat insulation and controlling the precipitation of electrolyte on the cathode have been taken to eliminate ridge increasing.The device has been applied for patent protection.
