摘要
目的探究参与式教学在妇幼保健实习带教中的应用。方法回顾性分析2018年1月—2019年1月在本院参与临床实习的82名实习医生,按照教学方法不同分为观察组和对照组两组,每组各41名。对照组在妇幼保健学习中采用以带教教师为主体的传统教学法,观察组采用以实习医生为主体的参与式教学,比较两组学习自主性、实习效果反馈、考核成绩和对带教教师满意度。结果观察组实习医生在学习渴望、自我控制和自主总结等学习自主性得分方面均高于对照组,在问题分析、理论联系实际、突出学习重点、病例分析归纳等能力方面肯定的概率高于对照组,在理论知识和实际操作的考核成绩上均优于对照组,在对带教教师的满意度上亦高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇幼保健参与式教学能提高实习医生自主学习能力,对改善教学关系、提高带教质量和实习医生综合能力具有积极作用。
Objective To explore the application of participatory teaching in the practice teaching of maternal and child health.Methods A retrospective analysis of 82 interns who participated in clinical internship from January 2018 to January 2019 was performed,and the interns were divided into observation group and control group according to different teaching methods.The control group used the traditional teaching method that the teacher were the main part in the maternal and child health study,and the observation group adopted the participatory teaching that the interns were the main body.The learning autonomy,internship effect feedback,assessment scores and satisfaction on teachers were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the learning autonomy scores including the learning desire,self-control and self-summary were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The probability of sure on the abilities of improving problem analysis ability,linking practice with theory,highlighting key learning points,and case analysis ability(P<0.05)were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The theoretical knowledge and the actual operation evaluation scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group was more satisfied with the teachers than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Participatory teaching of maternal and child health could improve the self-learning ability of interns,and has a positive effect on improving teaching relations,the quality of teaching and the comprehensive ability of interns.
