通才炼铁厂3号炉提产降耗实践

摘要 为实现通才3号炉提产降耗的目的,通过改善外围原料、原燃料入炉条件及内部优化炉料结构,采取高风温、大矿批等一系列强化措施,高炉生产稳定性得到显著提高,煤气利用率大幅上升。2012年12月份实现全月平均日产量5900 t,燃料比521.46 kg/t。 In order to achieve the purpose of increasing production and reducing consumption of Tongcai No.3 furnace,the production stability of blast furnace has been significantly improved and the utilization rate of gas has increased significantly by improving the feeding conditions of peripheral raw materials and raw fuels,optimizing the charge structure internally,and taking a series of strengthening measures such as high air temperature and large ore batch.In December 2012,the monthly average daily output was 5900 t,and the fuel ratio was 521.46 kg/t.
