本文主要对柳钢质量部原燃料检验管理模式调整前后质检职工人才队伍现状进行深入分析,探究问题的根源,有针对性实施对策,确保职工人才队伍团结稳定。
This paper mainly makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation of the quality inspection staff before and after the adjustment of the raw fuel inspection management mode of the quality department,explores the root causes of the problems,and implements targeted countermeasures to ensure the unity and stability of the staff talent team.
