摘要
为了满足炼铁厂烧结机的提产提质需求,通过对煤气烧制受热值、压力波动对窑温影响的技术难点进行攻破,对如何安全稳定实现石灰窑全烟煤制粉、输送的经验进行总结分析,并对全无烟煤设计的喷煤工艺进行技术改造,最终实现了100%全烟煤粉燃烧的烧制方式。
In order to meet the demand of increasing production and quality of sintering machine in ironmaking plant,through breaking through the technical difficulties of the influence of gas firing heating value and pressure fluctuation on kiln temperature,the experience of how to safely and stably realize the pulverization and transportation of all bituminous coal in lime kiln is summarized and analyzed,and the coal injection process of all anthracite design is technically reformed.Finally,the firing mode of 100%full smoke pulverized coal combustion is realized.
