摘要
为提高抽水蓄能电站水泵水轮机重要部件座环安装时的尺寸变形偏差控制精度,本文介绍了座环安装时其半径的测量方法——钢琴线耳机法,并对该种测量方法的误差(环境误差、操作误差和示值误差)进行简要阐述。从改变内径千分尺的杆和测头的类型两个方向出发,提出改进内径千分尺测量精度的4种方法,并进行了测量误差分析,发现这4种改进方法都能降低内径千分尺的测量误差。这4种方法改进后的内径千分尺,都可以在一定程度上提高座环安装时的尺寸控制精度。
In order to improve the control accuracy of dimensional deformation deviation during the installation of stay ring,an important part of pump turbine in pumped storage power station.This paper introduces the measurement method of its radius during the installation of stay ring-piano wire earphone method,and briefly expounds the errors of this measurement method,which are environmental error,operation error and indication error.Starting from changing the type of rod and probe of inner micrometer,four ways to improve the measurement accuracy of inner micrometer are proposed,and the measurement error is analyzed.It is found that these four improved ways can reduce the measurement error of inner micrometer.To a certain extent,the inner micrometer improved by these four methods can improve the dimensional control accuracy of stay ring installation.
