摘要
座环固定导叶在水轮机中起到引导水流的作用,同时也是重要的受力部件。鲁地拉电站5号水轮发电机组运行一段时间后,在机组自重、轴向水推力、水压支反力、压力脉动损伤累积、卡门涡频率耦合等长期综合影响下,座环固定导叶都出现了疲劳断裂的问题,严重影响了机组的安全稳定运行。从强度和水力两方面着手,对固定导叶进行修型,旨在解决座环固定导叶的裂纹缺陷。
The fixed guide blade of the base ring plays the role of guiding the flow of water in the turbine,and is also an important force-bearing part.After running for a period of time,under the long-term combined influence of unit weight,axial hydro-thrust,hydro-pressure branch reaction,cumulative pressure pulsation damage and frequency coupling of Karmen eddy,the fixed guide blades of the base ring all suffer from fatigue fracture,which seriously affects the safe and stable operation of the unit.In this paper,fixed guide blades are modified from strength and hydraulics in order to solve the crack defect of fixed guide blades of base ring.
