摘要
土料掺砾是提高或改善其物理力学性能的重要方法。传统的土料掺砾主要是采用平铺立采施工工艺,并通过对掺和次数等过程参数的实时监控,实现掺和均匀度的间接分析,难以直观表达掺和质量。同时,随着自动掺和系统引入到水利水电工程中,传统的监控方法难以实现适应自动掺和系统要求。针对此问题,文章提出基于图像识别的掺和均匀度实时分析方法,提出了掺和均匀度指标,通过对掺砾土料表观图像的实时分析,实现了掺和均匀度的评价与反馈,并应用于我国某大型水利水电工程中,为现场施工质量分析与馈控提供了技术指导和判定依据。
Soil mixing gravel is an important method to improve its physical and mechanical properties.The traditional soil mixing gravel mainly uses the construction technology of flat paving and vertical mining,and it achieves indirect analysis of blending uniformity by real-time monitoring of process parameters such as blending times.It is difficult to visually show the quality of materials in the blending.At the same time,it is difficult for traditional monitoring methods to adapt to the requirements of automatic blending system with the automatic blending system introduced into the hydropower projects.To solve this problem,this paper proposes a real-time analysis method of blending uniformity based on image recognition.It puts forward the index of blending uniformity,and achieves the evaluation and feedback of blending uniformity through real-time analysis of the apparent image of gravel soil.And it is applied to a large hydropower project in China,which provides technical guidance and judgment basis for on-site construction quality analysis and feed-control.
