摘要
为了提升钻井设计管理效率,降低钻井投资,大庆油田根据自身实际情况,从钻井设计内容优化和运行管理入手,通过加强专业建设与人才培养、优化生产组织方式、加强设计管理平台建设、优化基于降本增效的设计方法、建立设计跟踪评价与反馈机制,实现了钻井设计的标准化、精细化、专业化和实用化,提高了工作效率。通过实施该项措施达到了提质增效的目的,为大庆油田钻井设计工作做出了有益探索。
In order to improve the management efficiency of drilling design and reduce drilling investment,several measures have been carried out including the optimization of drilling design content and operation management,strengthening the professional construction and talent training,optimizing the production organization,improving the construction of design management platform,optimizing the design method based on cost reduction and efficiency improvement,establishing the design track evaluation and feedback mechanism,which realize the drilling design standardization,refinement,specialization and practicality,so as to improve the work efficiency according to Daqing Oilfield actual situation.The implementation of these measures have improved the quality and efficiency,which have made a beneficial exploration for the drilling design in Daqing oilfield.
