摘要
高职院校有效开展综合评价有助于提升人才培养质量,实现人才培养目标。高职院校教学考核方式有待进一步优化,考核结果反哺教学时间相对滞后。增值评价以学生为评价主体,以可以量化的数据为基础。在专业课教学中引入增值评价,能够更加客观地反应学生的学习产出效能,促进教学改革。构建以增值评价为主线的学生评价系统,有效利用信息化手段,完善学生评价体系。
An effective comprehensive evaluation can improve the quality and achieve the goals of vocational education,while teaching assessment methods need to be optimized,though its feedback to teaching lags behind time-wise.The value-added evaluation takes students as subjects and quantitative data as basis,for it can more objectively reflect students’learning efficiency and promote teaching reforms.The purpose is to set up an evaluation system by means of effective information.
