摘要
本研究运用文献资料法、数理统计法科学研究方法对中学生大课间体育活动的现状进行分析研究,研究结果表明:(1)大课间体育活动内容传统单调。(2)学生参与大课间体育活动整体积极,但是从小学到高中是呈现下滑的趋势。男生明显高于女生的积极性。(3)大课间师资力量薄弱,重视程度不够。在此基础上提出:(1)大课间体育活动通过对学校体育基本知识的学习,丰富学生的体育知识,而不是作为一本教材。(2)大课间活动需要全体学生共同参与,发挥学生在大课间活动的主体性地位。(3)丰富中学生大课间体育活动内容,培养学生体育品德。
By using literature,statistic mathematics,this paper studies the present situation of middle school big break.The results show that:1)the exercise contents are traditional and single;2)students involvement is active,while the involvement declines from primary school to high school,and boys involve better than girls;3)teaching resources are weak with less attention.Based on the above,it puts forward the following:1)through learning on the basic knowledge of campus sport,big break could enriches students’sport knowledge rather than a textbook:2)the activity calls for the involvement of all students to show the subjective role of students;3)enrich middle school big break activities,and cultivate their sport morality.
