摘要
新冠肺炎疫情对全球经济发展与国际经济合作都造成了一定冲击,当前全球经济贸易出现了一些新的特征,达成了碳中和的发展目标。当前很多国家与地区都在积极构建绿色经济发展模式,建立可持续性全球供应链与发展低碳经济,促进经济可持续发展,深入国际经济与合作方式,使国际经济合作逐渐朝着智能化、数字化的方向发展,出现了规则重构特征。这就要求企业保持较强的敏感性,明确新的定位,调整自身发展策略,把握发展大趋势,迎合绿色发展的需要,寻求在绿色资本、绿色产能、绿色贸易等层面的合作,构建贸易合作新业态,由此在国际经济贸易新形势下更好地促进国际贸易合作。
The COVID epidemic has a certain impact on global economic development and international economic cooperation.At present,some new characteristics have arisen in global economic trade,and achieved the development goal of carbon neutrality.Nowadays,many countries and regions struggle to build a green economic development mode,construct sustainable global supply chains,and develop low-carbon economy at the same time,in order to promote sustainable economic development,deepen international economic collaborative mode and grasp the direction of intelligence and digitization.From this,there is the new characteristic of rule reconfiguration.Based on this,enterprises have to maintain strong sensitivity,clarify new positioning,and adjust their own development strategies,so as to pursue the cooperation at the levels of green capital,green production capacity and green trade.Enterprises also have to build a new pattern of business cooperation,and further promote international trade cooperation.
