摘要
目的:运用文献计量学方法分析社区精神分裂症病人自我管理的研究现状,展望发展趋势。方法:计算机检索Web of Science(核心集)、Scopus、PubMed、EMbase、MedLine、CINAHL和PsychINFO数据库,检索时间为建库至2022年7月10日,使用BICOMB和VOSviewer软件对结果进行计量和可视化分析。结果:最终纳入379篇文献,社区精神分裂症病人自我管理相关文献年发文量整体呈上升趋势;美国发文量占据首位;刊文期刊较分散,以精神心理类和护理类为主。高产学者主要来自美国,初步形成了全球作者合作趋势。自我管理干预实践、病人教育、治疗依从性、家庭照护为自我管理领域代表性主题。近几年的研究逐渐结合移动医疗,更多关注共病病人,质性研究方法的应用明显增加。结论:社区精神分裂症病人自我管理相关研究仍处于发展阶段,自我管理干预实践、病人教育、治疗依从性和家庭照护是该领域的研究热点,移动医疗应用、共病病人管理和质性研究方法是该领域研究的新趋势。
Objective:Using bibliometrics method to analyze the research status and forecast the development trends of self-management of schizophrenic patients in the community.Methods:Literature were retrieved in Web of Science^(TM),Scopus,PubMed,EMbase,MedLine,CINAHL and PsychINFO from the database establishment to July 10,2022.The results were quantitatively and visually analyzed using BICOMB and VOSviewer software.Results:Totally 379 articles were included.The annual number of articles published showed an increasing trend.The United States had the largest number of publications.The published journals were scattered,mainly in mental psychology and nursing.Highly productive scholars were mainly from the United States and the global author collaboration group was initially formed.The cluster analysis obtained the research topics in this field,namely patient education,self-management intervention practice,treatment compliance,family care.In recent years,researches had gradually combined with mobile health care and focused on the population of comorbid patients.The application of qualitative research methods in this field had increased significantly.Conclusions:The related research on the self-management of schizophrenic patients in the community is still in developing stage.Patient education,self-management intervention practice,treatment compliance,family care are the research hotspots in this field.Mobile health care,comorbidities management and qualitative research methods are the new trends in this field.
