摘要
基于UN Comtrade数据库SITC的Rev.4分类,构建了比较优势、竞争优势和互补优势的贸易竞争力综合指标体系,进而从总体产业和细分产业层面进行贸易竞争力研究。结果表明:2022年中国按原材料的制成品、机械运输设备和杂项制品三类产品具有比较优势和竞争优势,哈萨克斯坦非食用原料、燃料矿物品和按原材料的制成品三类产品具有比较优势和竞争优势;2022年中对哈按原材料的制成品和杂项制品具有互补优势,哈对中非食用原料和按原材料的制成品具有互补优势。通过对细分产业的进一步分析,提出了提升优势产业核心竞争力、提高互补产业合作水平、加强重点产业贸易联系、拓展其他类产业与沿线国家经贸合作、推动中哈产能合作全面发展等对策建议。
Based on the Rev.4 classification of SITC of UN Comtrade database,this paper constructs a compre‐hensive index system for trade competitiveness of comparative advantage,competitive advantage and comple‐mentary advantage,and then studies trade competitiveness from the level of overall industries and segmented in‐dustries.The results show that in 2022,China has comparative and competitive advantages in three categories of products:finished products based on raw materials,mechanical transportation equipment,and miscellaneous products.Kazakhstan has comparative and competitive advantages in three categories of products:non-edible raw materials,fuel mining items,and finished products based on raw materials;In 2022,China has complementary advantages in producing finished products and miscellaneous products based on raw materials in Kazakhstan,while Kazakhstan has complementary advantages in producing edible raw materials and finished products based on raw materials in China and Africa.Through further analysis of segmented industries,this paper proposes countermea‐sures and suggestions to enhance the core competitiveness of dominant industries,enhance the level of comple‐mentary industry cooperation,strengthen trade connections in key industries,expand economic and trade coop‐eration between other industries and the countries along the Belt and Road,and promote the comprehensive de‐velopment of production capacity cooperation between China and Kazakhstan.
