摘要
随着职业教育改革不断深入,产教融合理念逐渐获得认可和好评。然而,由于缺乏足够的政策支持,企业收益失衡,企业性质和社会责任的界定不够清晰,以及缺乏有效的交流平台等问题,使得校企协同培养人才的过程中,出现了“学校热衷,企业冷漠”的窘境。企业参与培训的意愿下降,校企深度合作的进度放缓。因此,从企业的立场出发,应建立健全的政策引导机制,实施恰当的利益保障制度,明确区分社会责任,并构建信息共享平台,以此提高企业对协同育人工作的关注度,进一步推进产教融合的长远发展。
With the continuous advancement of vocational education reforms,the concept of integration of industry and education has gradually gained recognition and commendation.Nevertheless,due to a lack of adequate policy support,an imbalance in benefits for enterprises,ambiguous delineations of corporate identity and social responsibilities,and the absence of effective communication platforms,a predicament has arisen where“schools are eager,yet enterprises are apathetic”in the collaborative talent nurturing process.This has resulted in a decrease in enterprises’willingness to engage in training and slowed the pace of in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises.Hence,from the standpoint of enterprises,this paper recommended the establishment and enhancement of policy steering mechanisms,implementation of suitable benefit safeguard systems,clear distinctions of social responsibilities,and the construction of information sharing platforms,so as to elevate enterprises’focus on collaborative education endeavors and further advance the long-term development of industry-education integration.
