摘要
目前,高等教育改革已全面展开并走向深入,大量的高校青年教师走向教学、科研第一线。青年教师已成为各类高校的中坚力量,但同时他们也承受工作、人际、家庭和社会等多方面的压力。因此,全面、深入剖析高校青年教师的生活现状,了解青年教师生活压力的来源以及各压力源的影响程度,对促进高等教育的发展具有现实意义。通过问卷调查法、访谈法等对青年教师生活现状进行较为系统的调查分析。研究发现,虽然青年教师生活满意度较高,但仍有一些青年教师感到生活压力较大,且年龄多集中在31~35岁,尤其是住房状况、收入状况和子女问题逐渐成为当前高校青年教师生活压力大的主要原因。对此,可以通过加大高校青年教师住房保障力度、适当提升高校青年教师的工资福利水平、着力解决高校青年教师子女教育问题和开展形式多样的健康教育活动等以改善他们的生活状况,从而提升青年教师的生活质量和工作效率。
At present,with the flourishing and deepening of the higher education reformation,a large number of young college teachers have engaged in teaching profession and scientific researches.As the new force of college teachers,young teachers have become the backbone of the college faculties.However,they are also bearing the stress from aspects of work,interpersonal communication,family,society and so on.Therefore,conducting a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the living statues of young college teachers to understand their life pressures and the impact of each pressure is of great practical significance to promote the development of higher education.This study made a systematic investigation and analysis of the living statues of young teachers by means of questionnaire survey and interview.Results reveal that although young teachers are generally satisfied in their life,a portion of young teachers mostly aged from 31 to 35 still feel stressed.The main pressure sources are from housing,income and children's education.Regarding these issues,the life statues of young college teachers can be improved through strengthening housing guarantee,raising the salary and welfare level appropriately,assisting to solve children's education problems,and carrying out various healthy activities to improve their life quality and work efficiency.
