摘要
落实新时代铁路建设高质量发展总体要求,结合中国国家铁路集团有限公司"畅通融合、绿色温馨、经济艺术、智能便捷"的铁路客站新理念,以建设铁路客站精品工程为目标,总结铁路客站施工装饰装修和文化艺术表达等建设经验,创新性地提出建立铁路客站精品工程实施方案制定、专家会审模式等工作方式,研究形成色彩、形体、空间、环境、艺术、文化等6项专题设计,以及候车大厅、进出站通廊、贵宾室等13个重点区域设计等具体要求,总结提出新时代铁路客站建设管理体系,确保铁路客站精品工程质量达到预期效果。
Based on the general high-quality development requirements for railway construction in the new era,combined with the new concept of railway passenger stations of China State Railway Group Co Ltd,namely"well-connected,fully-integrated,environment-friendly,passenger-oriented,economic-efficient,culturally-rich,intelligent and convenient",and aiming at the construction of excellent passenger station projects,this paper summarizes the construction experience in the construction,decoration,culture and art expression of railway passenger stations,innovatively proposes the working patterns of formulating the implementation plans of excellent railway passenger station projects and the expert reviews,studies and forms 6 thematic designs such as color,shape,space,environment,art and culture,as well as specific design requirements for 13 key areas such as waiting hall,entrance and exit corridor,VIP room,etc.,and summarizes and puts forward the construction management system of railway passenger stations in the new era,so as to ensure the expected excellent project quality of railway passenger stations.
