摘要
2022年西安都市圈正式获批,是加快推动西北地区区域协调发展的重磅举措,标志着西安都市圈辐射区域进入提速发展新阶段,西安都市圈发展迎来制造业转型升级、现代服务业发展协同、基础设施建设纵深发展、生态环境治理水平提升等产业发展带来的新动能。面对区域融合发展的新机遇,金融支持都市圈发展面临着银行业竞争发展不均衡、跨区域经营能力不均衡、数字经济应对能力不均衡等挑战,本文以长安银行股份有限公司的实际情况作为个案样本,剖析当前城市商业银行支持西安都市圈的主要特征和举措、具体工作思路和措施,助力实现西安都市圈高质量发展。
The official approval of Xi’an metropolitan area in 2022 is a heavy measure to accelerate the coordinated development of the northwest region,marking that the radiation area of Xi’an metropolitan area has entered a new stage of accelerated development.The development of Xi’an metropolitan area has ushered in new momentum brought by industrial development,such as the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry,the coordinated development of modern service industry,the in-depth development of infrastructure construction,and the improvement of the level of ecological environment governance.Facing the new opportunities of regional integration and development,financial support for the development of the metropolitan area is facing challenges such as uneven competitive development of the banking industry,uneven cross regional business capabilities,and uneven response capabilities of the digital economy.Taking the actual situation of Chang’an Bank Co.,Ltd.as a case sample,this paper analyzes the main characteristics and measures,specific work ideas and measures of the current urban commercial banks supporting Xi’an metropolitan area,Help realize the high-quality development of Xi’an metropolitan area.
