摘要
文章选取了19个基于不同利益主体视角下的推广住宅工业化的阻碍因素制作成学术调查问卷。借助91问问调查网站发放调查问卷,根据网站收回的信息进行数据处理并输入SPSS软件,利用主成分分析法对数据进行综合处理。由此得出利益主体视角下推广住宅工业化的关键阻碍因素,最终通过综合评分模型计算之后得出10个关键阻碍因素。
This paper selects 19 factors that hinder the promotion of housing industrialization from the perspective of different stakeholders to make an academic questionnaire.Questionnaires were issued by the"91 ask"survey website,and data was processed according to the information collected by the website and input into SPSS software.Principal component analysis was used to comprehensively process the data.The key obstacles to the promotion of housing industrialization from the perspective of stakeholders are obtained.Finally,10 key obstacles are obtained through the calculation of the comprehensive scoring model.
