摘要
发展“节能省地型”住宅是我国住宅建设方式的重大转折,是我国今后一段时期住宅建设的基本方针,是促进我国住宅与房地产业可持续发展的重要途径。文章全面论述我国发展“节能省地型”住宅的重要意义,以及发展“节能省地型”住宅与住宅产业化的关系。
Developing energy-saving & land-saving residence is a turning point of residence construction method of China, a general residence construction policy in future, and an important way to speed sustainable development of our residence and real estate. This article comprehensively describes the importance of develop- ing energy-saving & land-saving residence, as well as the relationship between en- ergy-saving residence and residence industrialization.
