摘要
采用主成分分析法,结合问卷调查及专家访谈,对住宅产业化发展的影响因素进行实证分析。结果表明:政策保障机制、部品运营体系、设计保障体系、技术及管理创新、市场环境及融资环境是影响住宅产业化发展的主要方面。住宅产业化工作机制、行业标准及技术体系、设计规范、技术创新水平、精益化施工水平等因素是住宅产业化发展的主要影响因素。
Makes an empirical analysis on the key factors of the development of housing industrialization by principal component analysis,questionnaire survey and expert interviews.The results show that policy guarantee mechanism,parts operation system,design guarantee system,technology and management innovation,market environment and financing environment are the main factors affecting the development of housing industrialization.Housing industrialization working mechanism,industry standard and technical system,design criterion,technical innovation level and lean construction level are the key factors of housing industrialization development.
