摘要
随着目前矿产资源开采的加速,市场对于铝土矿的需求增多,铝土矿开采加速,而进行铝土矿的成分检测成为必要,在目前的铝土矿的成分检测方法中,重量法应用比较普遍,对于测定铝土矿中二氧化硅含量具有很好的应用效果。针对铝土矿中的二氧化硅含量进行测定,目前采取的方法有很多,其中动物胶重量法是最主要的测定方法之一。方法是将样品用氢氧化钠融熔,盐酸浸取,蒸发至湿盐状,在浓盐酸中以动物胶凝聚硅酸,沉淀过滤灼烧,称重计算即得二氧化硅含量,方法稳定。本文探究这一方法的主要应用原理、实验材料以及实施步骤,为使用这一方法进行铝土矿中二氧化硅含量测定提供一些思路。
With the acceleration of mineral resources mining,the demand for bauxite is increasing,bauxite mining is accelerating,and the composition detection of bauxite is necessary.In the current bauxite composition detection method,gravimetric method is widely used,which has a good application effect on the determination of silica content in bauxite.There are many methods to determine the content of silica in bauxite,among which animal glue weight method is one of the most important methods.The method is to melt the sample with sodium hydroxide,soak it in hydrochloric acid,evaporate to wet salt,condense silicic acid with animal glue in concentrated hydrochloric acid,precipitate,filter and burn The amount of silica is calculated by weighing and the method is stable.This paper explores the main application principle,experimental materials and implementation steps of this method,and provides some ideas for the determination of silica content in bauxite.
