摘要
钨含量高低是衡量钼精矿及焙烧钼精矿产品品质的重要指标之一,对其后续生产钼铁、钼金属制品的产品质量有重要影响,故钼精矿产品标准YS/T231—2015和焙烧钼精矿产品标准GB/T24481—2009都将其列为杂质含量指标。钼精矿及焙烧钼精矿中钨量的测定目前主要采用的方法为行标YS/T555.8—2009,该方法通过过氧化钠熔融样品后三氯甲烷萃取分离钨钼,用硫氰酸盐分光光度法进行测定。试验采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定钼精矿及焙烧钼精矿中钨量,试验对分析谱线、共存离子干扰、分解方式和硫酸及磷酸用量等方面进行了考察,进行了精密度试验和方法比对,结果表明试验方法操作简便、准确度好、精密度高,且能延展方法下限。
As one of the important indexes to measure the product quality of molybdenum concentrate and roasted molybdenum concentrate, tungsten content has an important influence on the product quality of subsequent production of ferromolybdenum and molybdenum metal products. Both molybdenum concentrate product standard (YS/T231-2015) and roasted molybdenum concentrate product standard (GB/T 24481-2009) list it as an impurity content index. At present, the main method for determining tungsten content in molybdenum concentrate and roasted molybdenum concentrate is the industry standard YS/T 555.8-2009. The method separates tungsten molybdenum by chloroform extraction after melting the sample by sodium peroxide, and is determined by thiocyanate spectrophotometry. The amount of tungsten in molybdenum concentrate and roasted molybdenum concentrate was determined by applying inductively-coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-OES). We also investigated the analysis of spectral lines, interference of coexisting ions, decomposition mode and the amount of sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid, etc. The precision test and method comparison were carried out. The results show that the test method is simple, accurate and precise, and can extend the lower limit of the method.
