摘要
本文介绍了150t钢包扩容至165t的设计案例,并提出一种轻量化高强度钢包的设计方法。通过钢包进行三维非线性热-机耦合有限元分析,模拟优化后的钢包各截面及表面的温度,分析在吊运工况、底部坐包工况、耳轴箱坐包工况下钢包的热机耦合应力与应变,验证了该设计方法的可靠性。
This paper introduces the design case of 150t ladle expansion to 165t,and proposes a design method for lightweight high-strength ladles.The 3D nonlinear thermal-machine coupling finite element analysis is carried out by the ladle,the temperature of each section and surface of the optimized ladle is simulated,and the heat-machine coupling stress and strain of the ladle under the lifting condition,the bottom sitting bag working condition and the trunnion box sitting package condition are analyzed,which verifies the reliability of the design method.
