摘要
本文从影响钢包保温性能的因素进行分析,通过对提高保温性能的因素进行理论分析与实践生产验证,制定合理的钢包使用及砌筑新工艺。结果表明:通过钢包全程加盖、钢包包壁增厚及增加钢包纳米绝热保温可以有效的提高钢包的保温性能及降低生产成本。
The article analyses the factors that affect the thermal insulation performance of ladle,through the theoretical analysis and practical production verification of the factors to improve the insulation performance,develop a reasonable new technology of ladle use and masonry.The results show that:Through covering the whole process of ladle,thickening the wall of ladle and increasing the nano insulation of ladle,it can effectively improve the thermal insulation performance of ladle and reduce the production cost.
