摘要
炼钢过程中,现使用的精炼炉钢包底部的吹氩设备多直接与外部供气管道连通,无法控制精炼炉钢包内各透气砖的供气量,同时缺少补压设备,一旦供气管道出现供气异常,就会导致精炼炉钢包内反应不充分。针对此问题,结合现有的精炼炉钢包底吹氩控制装置的设计与应用问题进行深入剖析,研究出一种新的精炼炉钢包底吹氩控制装置,并具体介绍该装置的设计结构、设计原理及应用优势。
In the steelmaking process,most of the argon blowing equipment at the bottom of the refining furnace ladle is directly connected to the external gas supply pipeline,which cannot control the gas supply volume of each breathable brick in the refining furnace ladle.At the same time,there is a lack of pressure compensating equipment.If the gas supply pipeline has abnormal gas supply,it will lead to insufficient reaction in the refining furnace ladle.In response to this issue,a new refining furnace ladle bottom blowing argon control device has been developed through in-depth analysis of the design and application issues of existing refining furnace ladle bottom blowing argon control devices.The design structure,design principles,and application advantages of this device are specifically introduced.
