摘要
目的:通过对明日叶根、茎、叶的红外光谱法鉴别的比较,找出其各自红外光谱法鉴别方法和异同点。方法:红外光谱法。结果:明日叶的根、茎、叶红外光谱特征图谱各有不同,其10批不同产地的红外光谱的特征图谱存在一定的差异,但差别不大。结论:为今后明日叶三个药用部位的鉴别提供参考依据。
Objective:By comparing the identification methods of Angelica keiskei Koidzum root,stem and leaf with infrared spectroscopy,the identification methods and similarities and differences were found.Methods:Infrared spectroscopy was used.Results:The infrared spectrum characteristic maps of the root,stem and leaf of Angelica keiskei Koidzum are different,and the infrared spectrum characteristic maps of 10 batches of Angelica keiskei Koidzum from different places have certain differences,but the differences are not significant.Conclusion:It provides a reference for the identification of the three medicinal parts of Angelica keiskei Koidzum.
