摘要
根据相关文献并结合临床实际,总结在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间对住院及居家隔离的患儿进行肠内营养的防控管理措施。对住院肠内营养患儿实施环境及物品管理、工作人员管理、患儿及陪护家长管理等措施,为家庭肠内营养患儿建立线上指导及咨询、防控措施落实、居家环境管理等防控措施。通过有效的防控管理,保障了住院和家庭肠内营养患儿的安全,避免感染新型冠状病毒肺炎。
Based on the coronavirus disease 2019,the prevention and control measures of enteral nutrition were summarized in the coronavirus disease 2019 according to the relevant literature and clinical practice. It mainly includes environmental and goods management,staff management,children and accompanying parents management and other measures to establish online guidance and consultation for children with enteral nutrition,the implementation of prevention and control measures,home environmental management and other prevention and control measures. Through effective prevention and control management,the safety of hospitalized and home enteral nutrition children was guaranteed,and avoid infection with coronavirus disease 2019.
