摘要
探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎定点医院骨科病房在疫情期间所采取的护理管理措施。面临人员流动频繁、新型冠状病毒传染性强、患者意外受伤的应激反应引起的免疫力低下和医护人员易受感染等问题,提出了相应的管理措施对策。包括流行病学调查、防护宣教、切断传染源,加强住院患者的心理及生理管理和医护人员的自身防护等措施,有效地预防院内感染的发生。从而使新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间骨科病房工作安全顺利开展。
This study explored the nursing management measures adopted in the orthopedic ward of the designated coronavirus pneumonia designated hospital during the epidemic.Management measures are put forward to cope with the problems during outbreak,such as infections,low immunity caused by the accidental injury of patients,vulnerability of medical staff to infection and so on. Measures have been taken to cut off the source of infection,such as epidemiological investigation,protective education,disinfection and disinfection,strengthen the psychological and physiological management of hospitalized patients,and self-protection of medical staff to effectively prevent nosocomial infections. This enabled the orthopaedic ward work to proceed safely and smoothly during the coronavirus disease 2019 epidemic.
