摘要
目的分析临床药师药学服务对降低药物不良反应的效果。方法将2018年1月至2019年1月我院收治的72例患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各36例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上增加药师药学服务。对比两组药物不良反应发生率和满意度。结果(1)两组不良反应发生率对比:观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)两组满意度对比:观察组满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床药师药学服务能够有效降低药物不良反应发生率,提高患者的满意度,使用价值高,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of clinical pharmacists’pharmaceutical care on reducing adverse drug reactions.Methods Seventy-two patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,36 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group increased pharmacist pharmaceutical care on the basis of routine treatment.The incidence and satisfaction of adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Results(1)The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups:the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).(2)The satisfaction of the two groups:the satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical pharmacists’pharmaceutical care can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve the patients’satisfaction It is worth popularizing.
