摘要
目的:介绍临床药师参与肾内科药品不良反应(ADRs)疑难病例处置的体会。方法:对临床药师工作中遇到的部分典型病例进行分析及总结。结果:临床药师对3例难判断的ADRs的处置提出了意见和建议,并且获得较好的效果。结论:药师参与临床ADRs的处置,有助于提高ADRs处置的及时性和准确性,降低药源性疾病和ADRs的危害。
Objective：To introduce the experience of clinical pharmacists involved in the management of adverse drug reactions（ADRs）in difficult and complicated cases.Methods：The paper made analysis and summary of several typical cases,which clinical pharmacists met in pharmaceutical practice.Results：The clinical pharmacists put forward their opinions and recommendations for the management of 3 difficult cases of ADRs and ideal results were achieved.Conclusion：Direct involvement of clinical pharmacists in the management of ADRs could help to improve quick response and accuracy,and decrease the risks of druginduced diseases and the rate of ADRs.
