摘要
目的:介绍临床药师参与肾内科药品不良反应(ADRs)疑难病例处置的体会。方法:对临床药师工作中遇到的部分典型病例进行分析及总结。结果:临床药师对3例难判断的ADRs的处置提出了意见和建议,并且获得较好的效果。结论:药师参与临床ADRs的处置,有助于提高ADRs处置的及时性和准确性,降低药源性疾病和ADRs的危害。
Objective:To introduce the experience of clinical pharmacists involved in the management of adverse drug reactions(ADRs)in difficult and complicated cases.Methods:The paper made analysis and summary of several typical cases,which clinical pharmacists met in pharmaceutical practice.Results:The clinical pharmacists put forward their opinions and recommendations for the management of 3 difficult cases of ADRs and ideal results were achieved.Conclusion:Direct involvement of clinical pharmacists in the management of ADRs could help to improve quick response and accuracy,and decrease the risks of druginduced diseases and the rate of ADRs.
