摘要
目的观察临床护理对口腔修复牙科畏惧症的影响。方法我院2018年7月至2019年7月收治的66例口腔修复牙科患者为本次研究对象,按照临床护理模式不同将所有患者分为对照组(33例:常规护理)与实验组(33例:人性化护理),比较两组患者护理干预效果。结果实验组患者初诊时、术前、术后焦虑自评量表(SAS)得分均低于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者术后收缩压、舒张压以及脉搏等生理指征均优于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者术后4w复诊咀嚼功能恢复优良率(96.97%)均优于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口腔修复牙科患者临床护理可直接影响患者术中心理应激反应以及生理应激反应,人性化护理干预效果明显优于常规护理。
Objective To observe the effect of clinical nursing on dental fear.Methods 66 patients with prosthetic dentistry admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were the subjects of this study.According to different clinical nursing modes,all patients were divided into control group(33 cases:routine nursing)and experimental group(33 cases:humanized nursing).The nursing intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of SAS in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The physiological indexes of systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and pulse in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The recovery rate of masticatory function in the experimental group(96.97%)was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical nursing of patients with prosthodontics can directly affect the psychological and physiological stress response of patients during operation,and the effect of humanistic nursing intervention is better than that of routine nursing.
