摘要
目的:探究芬必得及聚焦模式心理干预对牙科焦虑症患者疼痛及心理影响。方法:将我院2016年1月至2017年4月收治的106例采取牙科手术治疗的牙科焦虑症患者分为观察组(53例)与对照组(53例),观察组患者给予芬必得及聚焦模式心理干预,对照组患者则给予安慰剂等常规干预,对比两组患者术后12、48、72h视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS),采取焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评估患者心理状态,对比两组患者治疗依从性及满意率。结果:观察组患者术后12、48、72h VAS评分及SAS、SDS评分均优于对照组,P<0.05;观察组治疗依从性优良率高达98.11%,满意率高达98.11%,均分别高于对照组86.79%、84.91%,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:芬必得及聚焦模式心理干预对牙科焦虑症患者疼痛及心理影响具有十分积极作用,患者术后疼痛缓解,心理状态佳,治疗依从性高,满意率高。
Objective:To explore the effect of psychological intervention and Fenbid focusing on patients with dental anxiety and mental pain.Methods:106cases from our hospital between January2016and April2017took dental surgical treatment of dental anxiety were divided into observation group(53cases)and control group(53cases)and observation group patients were given the Fenbid and focused mode of psychological intervention,the control group patients were given a placebo routine intervention,compared two groups of patients12,48,72h postoperatively in visual analog pain score(VAS),self-evaluation of anxiety scale(SAS)and self rating scale for depression(SDS)to assess patients psychological status,treatment adherence and review compared two groups of patients satisfaction.Results:In the observation group,the scores of12,48,72h VAS,SAS and SDS were all better than the control group,P<0.05.The treatment adherence rate of observation group was98.11%,and the satisfaction rate was98.11%,all higher than the control group86.79%,84.91%,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Fenbid and focused mode of psychological intervention on dental anxiety in patients with pain and psychological influence has a very positive role in patients′postoperative pain relief,psychological state,and the treatment adherence,satisfaction is high.
