Encor真空辅助旋切系统在乳腺结节活检中的应用价值

摘要 目的研究Encor真空辅助旋切系统对乳腺结节活检的应用价值。方法选取深圳市人民医院2015年10月-2018年6月乳腺结节患者128例,按随机数字表法将128例患者随机分为两组,观察组68例行Encor真空辅助旋切手术,对照组60例行传统手术切取。观察两组手术相关指标(手术时间、术中出血量、切口长度),术后恢复情况(切口愈合时间、疤痕长度),术后病理结果不完整、并发症情况。结果观察组较对照组,手术时间更短、术中出血量更少、切口长度更短、切口愈合时间更短、疤痕长度更短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的术后病理不完整率、术后皮下血肿率、乳房变形率等均低于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Encor真空辅助旋切系统在乳腺结节活检中,具有操作简便、创伤小、手术时间短、瘢痕小等优点,同时术后的病理不完整率更低,值得临床推广。 Objective To study the application value of EnCor vacuum assisted rotary cutting system in breast nodule biopsy.Methods 128 patients with breast nodules in our hospital from October 2015 to June 2018 were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method.68 patients in the observation group underwent EnCor vacuum assisted rotary surgery and 60 patients in the control group underwent traditional surgery.The operation related indexes(operation time,intraoperative bleeding,incision length),postoperative recovery(incision healing time,scar length),incomplete postoperative pathological results and complications were observed.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had shorter operation time,less intraoperative bleeding,shorter incision length,shorter incision healing time and shorter scar length(P<0.05);The postoperative pathological incomplete rate,postoperative subcutaneous hematoma rate and breast deformation rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Encor vacuum assisted rotary cutting system has the advantages of simple operation,less trauma,short operation time and small scar in breast nodule biopsy.At the same time,the rate of postoperative pathological incompleteness is lower,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
