Objective To analyze the incidence and influencing factors of hematoma in benign breast lymp patients after EnCor minimally invasive rotatectomy. Methods A total of 80 patients with benign breast lymps admitted to 17th Metallurgical Hospital from January 2019 to June 2021 were selected. All patients were treated with EnCor minimally invasive rotatectomy. The occurrence of postoperative hematoma was recorded, and the influencing factors of postoperative hematoma were analyzed. Results Postoperative hematoma occurred in six cases of the 80 patients, with an incidence of 7.50%.Univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in the incidence of hematoma among patients with different number of lumps, depth of lumps, number of incisions,Adler blood supply grade, and postoperative bandage compression time(P<0.05).The multivariate analysis showed that the number of lumps, the depth of lumps, the number of incisions, the Adler blood supply grade, and postoperative bandage compression time were all influencing factors for the occurrence of hematoma after EnCor minimally invasive rotatectomy(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion The number of lumps, the depth of lumps, the number of incisions, the Adler blood supply grading, and postoperative bandage compression time are important risk factors for the occurrence of hematoma after EnCor minimally invasive rotatectomy in patients with benign breast lymps.
