真空辅助旋切活检与开放切除活检在临床触诊阴性乳腺病灶中的应用比较 被引量：12

摘要 随着科学技术的发展，越来越多的临床触诊阴性的乳腺病灶（nonpalpablebreastlesion，NPBL）被发现。NPBL是指通过彩色超声、X线、MRI等检查发现而临床体检不可触及的乳腺病变。有资料显示美国每年有500000例NPBL被发现。另据统计在NPBL中约有27％为恶性病变。随着超声高频探头及乳腺全容积成像在乳腺检查中的广泛应用，临床上发现了许多NPBL。
