摘要
目的:研究徐长卿75%乙醇提取物正丁醇部位的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、HPLC、ODS等柱色谱方法进行化合物的分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和MS、NMR等波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从徐长卿正丁醇部位中分离鉴定了18个化合物,分别为:橙皮苷(1)、柚皮素(2)、丁香脂素(3)、(-)-南烛木树脂酚(4)、5-甲氧基-(+)-异落叶松脂素(5)、(+)-异落叶松树脂醇(6)、2-羟甲基-5-羟基吡啶(7)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(8)、大理白前苷A(9)、川陈皮素(10)、橘红素(11)、cynanoside K(12)、cynanoside J(13)、hirundigoside C(14)、stauntoside O(15)、白薇苷D(16)、atratcynoside B(17)、白薇苷E(18)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study chemical constituents from the n-butanol extract of 75%ethanol extract of Cynachum paniculatum.Methods:The compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography using silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,HPLC and ODS,the structures were identified by physiochemical properties and spectrum analysis such as MS,NMR.Results:Eighteen compounds were isolated from the n-butanol extract of 75%ethanol extract of Cynachum paniculatum,and identified as hesperidin(1),naringin(2),syringaresinol(3),(-)-lyoniresinol(4),5-methoxy-(+)-isolariciresinol(5),(+)-isolariciresinol(6),2-hydroxymethyl-5-hydroxypyridine(7),dibutylphthalate(8),cynaforroside A(9),nobiletin(10),tangeretin(11),cynanoside K(12),cynanoside J(13),hirundigoside C(14),stauntoside O(15),cynatratoside D(16),atratcynoside B(17),cynatratoside E(18).Conclusion:All compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time.
