摘要
高职院校要为社会培养高素质复合型技术技能人才,离不开思想政治教育质量的提升,因此构建科学的、完备的、具有实效性和可操作性的思想政治教育质量保证体系具有重要的现实意义。以黑龙江农业工程职业学院为例,以诊改理念为指引,遵循学院“道德品质+职业技能+发展潜力”三位一体的育人模式,借助信息化与大数据平台技术,搭建学生发展中心平台,分析诊改理念对大学生思政政治教育工作的促进作用;借助诊改经验优势阐述高职思想政治教育质量保证体系建设,拓展教育引导学生的新路径,创新思政教育工作新方法,为提升学校人才培养质量、推动现代职业教育的持续发展发挥积极作用。
Higher vocational colleges cannot train high-quality compound technical talents for the society without the improvement of the quality of ideological and political education,therefore,the construction of a scientific,complete,effective and operability ideological and political education quality assurance system is of great practical significance.Taking Heilongjiang Agricultural Engineering Vocational College as an example,guided by the concept of diagnosis and improvement,following the trinity education model of moral quality+vocational skills+development potential of the college,and relying on the technology of informatization and big data platform,build the platform of student development center,and analyze the promotion of diagnosis and improvement to the work of ideological and political education of college students;using the advantages of diagnosis and improvement experience,expound the construction of quality assurance system of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges,expand the new ways of guiding students through education,and innovate new methods of ideological and political education,so as to play a positive role in improving the quality of talent cultivation in schools and promoting the sustainable development of modern vocational education.
